How to decorate for Christmas on a budget

Ok mamas sometimes decorating for Christmas can seem like one extra expense in the season of gift giving so I love to share a good deal!

Stefan and I are living in our first home with a fireplace so I am EXCITED to say the least about making all of my Pinterest boards come true this year.

Target has really stepped up their game in their dollar section (which is really $3-$5 section). I picked up these cute christmas trees on a string which are green flannel and the "Believe" banner, both $3! What a deal!

Stefan grabbed the fake Christmas tree with pinecones garland from Michael's for 50%0ff so instead of $20 it was only $10! We wrapped a string of white christmas lights from the dollar store around it and bam, it's a Christmas party on our mantel.

Annnnd as a side note I am OBSESSED with candles like so obsessed my husband always jokes with me that I am the crazy candle lady. Like I love them more than jewelry. To me they just set any mood, and they make everything smell good which is super inviting. So I go to Marshall's (because who wants to spend $20 on a candle when you can spend $6.99) like once a week and get my favorite scents. I am loving a winter pine scent and a good cinnamon candle for Christmas time.

What are your favorite Christmas deals? Candle scents? I'd love to know!!
