Cookie Bites

I like a sweet snack and an easy snack so these cookie bites are ideal for a busy mama! Plus they are packed with protein and the oats are great for breastfeeding! Win win. 

He's what you need:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey-non vegan or 1/3 cup maple syrup-vegan
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

* You can get creative with these and add in coconut shavings, flax seed, dried cranberries, etc... I added in 1/4tsp of peppermint extract for a little holiday vibe.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes pull mixture out and roll into small balls.

Should be kept in refrigerator. 

P.S. The milk in the picture is almond milk. *No cows were milked in the making of this post.
