This was a labor of love for sure, I mean, trying to type out recipe after recipe with a tiny human climbing on the furniture was a challenge.
I am so excited to share these recipes, which are some of our favorite recipes and like THE best vegan pancake recipe ever! I have to admit I HATE measurements so breaking everything down to the cup and teaspoon was like pulling teeth, but I hope it makes cooking so much easier!
As many of you know I am a certified health coach, but stopped taking clients once Jack was born, with that said I decided I would offer two meal plan options. You can purchase the four week meal plan for $5 or I have an option to purchase the meal plan and get 1 month of virtual "coaching" from me. I will be there to answer any questions you may have and set up goals you hope to accomplish as you embark on your four week vegan journey.

Deciding to switch to a plant-based diet was the best decision I have ever made. I truly believe it allowed me to have a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy, and it helped my body to get back into it's pre-pregnancy shape.
