I have a smoothie like every single day with my vegan protein powder. I LOVE smoothies and when you have a crawling little baby on your hands you need something you can easily down. BUT having the same thing e v e r y day can get boring so I try to mix it up a little.
I especially love to use a frozen banana because it makes the smoothie thick which is perfect for a smoothie bowl.
Here's what you need:
- 1-2 cups of kale
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- fill with water and enjoy (or you can use almond milk)!
Blend all of those ingredients and put in a bowl and if you are feeling really fun top with some granola.
