Vegan Dinner in 10 minutes
Hey mama! I wanted to share this super easy dinner idea with you. I love probably 95% of the things Trader Joe's has to offer, and this veggie fried rice is no exception.
So here's what I did, and what I always like to do when making anything frozen, add fresh veggies.
I took 1/2 a bell pepper and 2 bok choy and chopped them up and added them to the rice with 1/2 packages of tempeh!
It makes your dish taste all that much fresher plus it ups the protein game all while keeping it a plant-based meal.
So here's what you need:
- 1 bag vegetable fried rice
- 2 bok choy
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 package of tempeh
- Chop veggies and tempeh them sauté bell pepper and tempeh until a little brown.
- Add fried rice and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy and stir frequently for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
