Sriracha brussels sprouts

I am still salivating over the masterpiece that is "Sriracha Brussels Sprouts" so let's get right to it!


  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of sriracha
  • 1/4 tsp of sea salt/ or to taste
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 2lbs of brussels sprouts


Preheat the oven to 400. Cut your brussels in half and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Place in oven for 35-40 minutes.

Sauce: Combine the ingredients and stir for about a minute. 

Remove the brussels from the oven and toss in the sauce. Serve immediately!
